Specialized certified training.

What do we offer?

The motorboating sports instructor training at Ocean Angels is a unique opportunity to start or develop a career in the world of water sports. Completing the course enables you to conduct authorized motorboating training in Poland and abroad, including according to the standards of ISSA, IRSMA and the national system PZMiNW. Participants gain theoretical, practical and teaching knowledge necessary to independently conduct classes, organize examinations and manage the educational process. During the course we will prepare you to take on the responsible role of an instructor, who not only transfers knowledge but also builds awareness of safety and ethics on the water. You will learn how to conduct training in a modern and organized way, manage groups of trainees and prepare them for national and international examinations. You gain access to a closed training platform, proprietary educational materials and ready-made lesson scenarios. The course concludes with the issuance of a lifetime instructor certificate confirming your qualifications. You will also receive instructor recognition within the OAC structure, authorizing you to conduct training in Poland and across Europe.

Why Ocean Angels?

Ocean Angels is not just an organization – it is an international community of water sports enthusiasts focused on quality, professionalism and development. As one of the few organizations in Poland we cooperate with international sailing and motorboating federations, which gives our graduates real opportunities to work both domestically and abroad. The OAC instructor program was designed with practical application in mind. We place great emphasis on real skills and teaching methodology. Thanks to instructor-mentors, practical workshops and training conducted at bases located by lakes and rivers, you will gain confidence and freedom in instructor work. Ocean Angels also provides real support after the course:

- organizational, legal-educational and marketing support
- instructor meetings, webinars, conferences and industry events
- opportunities to earn income by conducting courses

This is not just a course – it is an entry into the world of professional motorboating sports education.

How do the classes work?

The training consists of two main modules: theoretical–methodological and practical.

The theoretical part includes lectures and workshops covering topics such as:

- psychology of teaching adults
- communication with trainees
- basics of teaching methodology
- course structures and training programs
- safety principles and instructor responsibility

The practical part takes place both on the water and in the training room. The candidate learns how to conduct real classes, demonstrate maneuvers, work with groups and perform mock examinations. The training concludes with a practical–methodological exam and evaluation of the instructor presentation. The entire program lasts a minimum of 40 hours and is conducted in a weekend or multi-day format, with the possibility of dividing it into modules.

What do you obtain after completing the course?

After completing the course you receive a lifetime certificate of motorboating sports instructor confirming methodological, practical and teaching competencies.

Graduates can conduct:

- courses preparing for national examinations
- international training programs (ISSA, IRSMA, IYT)

Each instructor is added to the OAC active instructors database, which enables:

- accepting assignments in Poland and abroad
- using OAC organizational and promotional support
- running your own training business

Two operational paths:

- independent instructor – full freedom, lifetime certificate
- internal OAC instructor – operating within the organization structure

An internal OAC instructor is required, among others, to:

- participate in at least one seminar per year
- document a minimum of 40 hours of classes annually
- regularly update instructor status

Types and course structure

The course takes place in a stationary format, with elements of e-learning and online support.

Before starting the training the candidate:

- creates an account in the OAC system
- submits the required documents
- pays the activation fee of 2300 PLN

The training includes 3 days of in-person classes and concludes with an instructor examination. After passing the exam the participant receives a certificate and an entry into the instructors database.
